What it is
A depigmentation peel, in two stages. For pigment that keeps coming back.
Cosmelan® is a professional depigmentation peel by mesoestetic®. We apply the mask in clinic and you remove it at home a set number of hours later. Then you use the Cosmelan® home cream every day for several months.
The mask lifts existing pigment. The home phase keeps it from coming back. That second part is the programme, and daily SPF is part of it.
Treats the face. Used across skin tones.

Why Cosmelan®
Melasma is managed. Cosmelan® keeps it that way.
Melasma is driven by hormones and heat as much as sun, and light or heat can make it worse. Cosmelan® works without either: the mask interrupts the skin's pigment-making process, and the home cream keeps it interrupted. It is the strongest option we have for stubborn melasma.

The programme
Clinic, then home. Everything you need is in the kit.
You leave your appointment with the Cosmelan® home pack: the cream that continues the treatment, a soothing cream for the first days, and a pigment-control sunscreen.
The cream steps down over the following months as your skin responds, and we check your progress at set points along the way.
Stage 1Clinic mask
Applied in clinic, removed at home after the hours set for your skin.
Stage 2Cosmelan® 2 cream
Daily at home, tapering over the following months.
RecoveryMelan recovery
Soothes and calms skin through the peeling days.
ProtectionSPF 50+
Pigment-control sunscreen, every morning.
How it works
Lift the pigment, then keep it away.
The mask lifts pigment already in the skin. The home cream slows the skin from making more, so tone keeps evening out over the months that follow.
