What it is

The gentlest laser we offer. Glow, without the downtime.

Clear + Brilliant® makes thousands of tiny treatment zones in the upper layer of the skin. Your skin replaces them with fresher tissue over the following weeks, so texture smooths, pores look refined and skin glows.

It is a fractional laser like HALO® and MOXI®, set at a gentler level. It suits skin that is starting to change, and it keeps results even between bigger treatments.

The technology

Fractional, but gentle. Two wavelengths.

Clear + Brilliant® is a non-ablative fractional laser from Solta Medical. The handpiece glides over the skin and treats tiny zones while leaving the skin between them untouched, which is why healing is quick.

The Original handpiece (1440 nm) works in the upper dermis for texture and glow. The Perméa® handpiece (1927 nm) works closer to the surface for tone.

What is Clear + Brilliant®?

A gentle fractional laser from Solta Medical. It treats tiny zones in the upper skin, which your skin replaces with fresher tissue. Original (1440 nm) is for texture and glow, Perméa® (1927 nm) for tone.

Clear + Brilliant® or MOXI®?

Clear + Brilliant® is lighter, with the least recovery. MOXI® is a step up, with more change per visit, especially for tone and sun damage.

Is there downtime?

Little to none. Skin looks pink for a few hours and may feel slightly sandy for a day or two. Makeup can go on the next day.

04For best results

Is Clear + Brilliant® worth it?

If your skin is starting to change and you want to keep it even without downtime, yes. For established sun damage, lines or melasma, MOXI® or HALO® do more in fewer visits, and we will tell you at consultation.

How long do results last?

Glow shows within days, and texture and tone improve over the series. It is a result you maintain: most clients book upkeep every two to three months, with daily SPF.
