OUR BOOKING AND CANCELATION POLICY
At Forever Young we endeavor to provide our patients with the highest quality service. We value your time and hope this is reciprocated. Appointments are in high demand and your advanced notice gives us the opportunity to book another patient waiting for an appointment. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we require a minimum 48 hours notice regardless of same day bookings. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the services booked payable prior to your next appointment.
We require a credit card or deposit paid via e transfer to secure your appointment, which will be applied to your service. The credit card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation/no showed appointment.
